Below is a brief description of some of the Design Services offered by Georgia Interiors:
Hourly – An initial consultation of usually 2-3 hours is billed at $225. During the initial consultation usually at
your home, the designer will become familiar with your personal style and the goal of the project. Before the second
meeting which is normally at the design center, our team will put together a design plan for your approval. After any
adjustments, Georgia Interiors can move onto the implementation process.
Fee Based – A Fee Based design service by Georgia Interiors is used when a project has a specific scope. A contractual
agreement will be formed to see the project through completion.
Design Service for Custom Builders – Our designers assist the home purchaser at Georgia Interiors’ design center as
well as the building site when requested. We realize there are several important decisions to be made while customizing
a new home and we strive to be an effective liaison between the builder, subcontractors and client. Paint colors, tile,
hardwood flooring, carpet, countertops, hardware and plumbing options are among the possibilities to be covered. Besides
the choices that are required to complete construction, we offer professional assistance in areas that will be necessary
after closing.
Georgia Interiors also makes specifications in homes that are completed before purchase.
Design Boost – This service provides assistance to home sellers and real estate agents. Our designer will evaluate your
home at your home and give advice and tips to make your house more attractive to today’s real estate market. In the
designer’s eye, small changes and little investment can equate to quick and valuable sales. You will receive constructive
criticism and a plan of action. While often changing a few wall colors or adding accessories can be successful, larger
scale updates may be proposed. Georgia Interiors is ready to implement whatever course of action is decided.
Color Consultations – Georgia Interiors’ color specialists are available to specify colors at your home. With tools
exclusive to Benjamin Moore Paints, the color specialist will put together a color scheme that is right for you. The
typical charge for this service is $85.00. A discount on Benjamin Moore Regal products at Georgia Interiors is
provided with this service.
